Is it already time to GO BACK TO SCHOOL?

It never fails… As soon as summer starts to really heat up, parents and students begin to think about heading back to school. Yes, it does seem earlier and earlier every year, or at least since I was in school it does. None the less, it’s coming! If you’re a student you may be dreading the inevitable or as a parent, maybe jumping for joy; either way we’ve put together a shopping list to help you along the way.

Since it’s been some time since I was in school, I enlisted the help of one of my good friends who will be returning to a Southern college in the fall, (meet Merritt below). Together we came up with the five things you’ll need from AO to make going back to school easier.

A Rain Jacket

With the current weather trend, I think it comes as no surprise that one of the first things on our list is a RAIN JACKET! No one does as much daily outdoor walking as a student going to and from class, and since it rains almost daily, he or she is sure to encounter a shower at some point. It’s no fun heading into an air-conditioned classroom soggy and wet!

Let’s Get Some Shoes!

Back to School shopping means NEW SHOES! The one thing I remember I could always count on when getting ready to go back to school was a pair of new shoes! And isn’t the best part of returning to school, the shoe shopping part?
