The TASHKA Adventure Race 2013
Join Alabama Outdoors at the 2013 TASHKA Adventure Race March 9th, at Lake Lurleen State Park in Tuscaloosa, AL.
Location: Lake Lurleen – Tuscaloosa, AL
Race: 9:30am Saturday 3/9/13
(Le Man start) Sprint to pre-staged canoes
~6 mile total canoe/kayak leg – challenge TBA
~3 mile trail run – challenge TBA
~12 mile mountain bike ride – challenge TBA

Please bring your own fuel and hydration!! We will have food and drinks available, but it may not be where you need it during the race. So, please plan for this adventure race accordingly. You will get some dirt on you!! Prepare to have fun.
This is an adventure race. Be prepared to get your shoes wet.
Canoes only for teams!!! Kayaks for individuals!!! You can bring your own canoe.
-Teams (coed/male/female divisions 0-80, 81+ combined age)
– Individual (male/female divisions 0-45, 46+) bring/arrange your own kayak
Pre-registration – guaranteed race shirt up until 3/3/13
Racers will start at 9:30am sharp!!
$90 per team – $60 per individual from 2/27/13 – 3/08/13
$30 per canoe rental
$3.00 park entrance fee
Register by 3/3/13 to be guaranteed a shirt.
Award for best costume!
